The Art Center Project remodels a two story building that dates from when the Napa State Hospital occupied the land that NVC is on now.
The Ceramics program had been in the north end of the first floor. That program moved to a new building just north of the Art Center and this project converts that space to a new classroom.
The project also brings heating and cooling from the campus central systems to the building improving comfort and saving energy.
