Most Princess ships have an International Cafe with small sandwiches and pastries available almost around the clock. This is as close as the Island Princess came to that a bar/espresso bar on deck 5. They would have a covered tray of small sandwiches late morning and early afternoon and cookies later. The bartender/barista would act like you were taking HIS lunch when you asked about sandwiches, probably the least helpful person aboard the ship.
